If you take a lot all at once however, you might feel a little drowsy. Looking forward to speaking to you more about it!

Depending on what you’re trying to achieve will depend on what oil you purchase. I usually recommend for beginners starting with the 650 mg, and adjusting from there if you find you need something stronger. If you’re someone dealing with severe anxiety, pain, or insomnia, I usually recommend the 1200mg-2400 mg. But if you’re someone who has moderate anxiety or trouble sleeping, then I would recommend the 650 or the 1200 mg. f you have more questions email me!
